Fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment for service must be made prior to the start of the appointment. Fees are subject to change without notice.

- There is a 48 hour (2 business days) cancellation policy. Clients who miss appointments without giving me proper notification must pay the full fee of their missed appointment or I will cancel all future appointments. No exceptions for any reason. All clients agree to abide by this cancellation and lateness policy at the point of their booking.
- I do not provide any free consultations or discounts of any type. My rates reflect the quality of equipment I use, as well as the quality of the service. I provide truly permanent hair removal and the results are evident within the first few treatments regardless of hair/skin type or reason for hair growth.
- I book 30 or 40 minutes for most facial appointments (unless we are doing one small area like upper lip or brows only). This is ideal for the vast majority of facial hair cases (chin, upper lip, sides). Men can contact me for small areas like brows, beard/neck/hair line, fingers, ears, nose, toes or removing modest amounts of shoulder, upper arm and back hair.
- The time it takes for me to wash my hands, prepare to treat you, and clean your skin before and after is part of the treatment time.
- Please do not book with me unless you are certain you can respect my cancellation and lateness policy. I require 48 hour notice of cancellations (2 business days) or I charge full fee for the missed appointment. There are no exceptions for any reason. Even if you pay 1 or 2 cancellations fees over the course of your treatment or lose 10 min of appointment time due to lateness I have still saved you time and money because of the quality of my work.
