You must cancel 2 business days in advance or pay full fee for the missed appointment the same day. This means if you have an appointment Monday, cancellation is due by the Thursday before no later than 9am. Not at 5pm on Thursday or on Friday or on the weekend. Please do not text on weekends or holidays to cancel appointments because I do not check my phone on weekends and holidays. Do not send cancellation by email, I do not check email daily.
If you cancel less than 2 business days prior to your appointment please do not give me the reason for your cancellation (or no-show) because there are no exceptions for any reason. Payment for the missed appointment is not applied to your next appointment.
I cannot extend your appointment time if you are late. If it takes you 4 minutes to get in the door and take off your coat and get settled, then your arrival time must be 7:55AM for your 8AM appointment. If you arrive 10 minutes late for your 30 minute appointment you must pay for the 30 minute appointment. We live in a modern city so plan for traffic, construction and weather. My hours are very flexible so I am happy to book you outside of high traffic times.
I have strict policies because I want to get to work quickly and waste no time. I provide a level of electrolysis effectiveness that you can’t get anywhere else. I’ve been on the client side of things so I know the value of the work I do and the impact it has on the lives of my clients. These rules allow my business to run smoothly and that benefits you, my client, the most. Even if you pay 1-2 cancellation fees during the course of your treatment you still save time and money because of the quality of my work.
