Cancellation and Lateness Policy

I have a very strict 48 hour cancellation policy and I remind my clients of it often. You must cancelĀ 2 business days in advance or you must pay full fee for the missed appointment the same day. If I do not receive payment for the missed appointment I will cancel all future appointments. There are no exceptions for any reason. If you cancel less than 2 business days prior to your appointment please do not give me the reason for your cancellation (or no-show), just send payment for the appointment. This payment is not applied to your next appointment. Please do not contact me by text on weekends or holidays to cancel appointments, I do not check my phone on weekends and holidays. Do not send cancellation by email, I do not check email daily.

I will not extend your appointment time if you are late. If you arrive 10 minutes late for your 30 minute appointment you must pay for the 30 minute appointment. It is your responsibility to check for any service alerts on the ttc, any traffic jams or construction detours in order to arrive early enough to park and to be in my office several minutes prior to your appointment time so we can start on time. It snows, blows and gets cold in Canada so please plan for that as well.

I am very good at what I do and although I am pleasant enough (I’m not as scary as I seem here, don’t worry) I am all business. I just want to get to work quickly and waste no time. This is why I have rules that I expect everyone to respect all the time. In return, I provide a level of electrolysis effectiveness that you just can’t get anywhere else. I’ve been on the client side of things so I know the value of the work I do and the impact it has on the lives of my clients. These rules allow my business to run smoothly and efficiently and that benefits my clients the most. Even if you pay 1-2 cancellation fees during the course of your treatment I have still saved you time and money because of the quality of my work.

I am not obligated with work with anyone. It doesn’t happen often but I have ended client relationships. I work best with people who manage their time well, who take responsibility for any lateness or last minute cancellations and who appreciate the value of my work. I work well with most people but I am not the best fit for everyone.
