Electrolysis Success!!!

How I Measure Electrolysis Success

It’s not only preschoolers who love to be told “good job!”, I love hearing from my clients that my work has made a difference in their lives. Unwanted hair on the face and body is not only a nuisance but it can really impact a person’s self-esteem and, thus, their entire life experience.

I was thanked by a client’s husband recently for the work I’ve done on his wife, he said her confidence is blooming again. I notice a difference in her too, I’ve known her 10 months now and I definitely see a spring in her step these days that wasn’t present when I met her last year.

I’ve worked for 15 hours on this woman’s chin and upper lip. When I met her in Spring 2015 she had very coarse, densely concentrated hair on her chin and, to a lesser extent, her upper lip. There were many hundreds of hairs visible on her chin and even one hour wasn’t enough to treat all of them. She came every 2 weeks for 2 months and she was so thrilled with her electrolysis success. We had made progress in 4 hours of treatment over two months.

After that, my client came faithfully every 3 weeks for a few more months and continued to see progress. At 8 months, the coarse hairs were pretty much gone and all that remained was the softer undergrowth. One hour was no longer needed to clear her face, I finished with the dark hair in less than 30 minutes by that point. Now, at the 10 month mark, she can easily go 5 weeks without seeing me and we’re treating new areas of her face because her chin and upper lip look amazing.

I remember when we were at the 6 month mark when few coarse hairs remained, my client said she would be happy if this was all that could be achieved. I told her that we could absolutely keep going and achieve the ultimate electrolysis success – no more unwanted hair!!!

It’s amazing to see her glow and feel great about herself. So many people obsess over why they grow hair on their face. Most of the time, there is no reason. I see so many different types of women – all races and all ages – that I think it’s perfectly normal for women to grow hair on their face. This particular client had no reason to grow hair – she’s young and fair-haired, Eastern European ethnicity, and she doesn’t have much hair anywhere else. She just had this one trouble spot but it’s gone now.

This type of electrolysis success takes a few months anyway so there is just no point in waiting. Stop tweezing and get started now.
