Fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment for service must be made by e- transfer prior to the start of the appointment. Fees are subject to change without notice and the total including HST is in brackets.

- There is a 48 hour (2 business days) cancellation policy. Clients who miss appointments without giving proper notification must pay the full fee of their missed appointment. No exceptions for any reason. All clients agree to abide by this cancellation and lateness policy at the point of their booking.
- I do not provide free consultations or discounts. My rates reflect the quality of equipment I use, as well as the quality of the service. I provide truly permanent hair removal and results are evident within the first few treatments regardless of hair/skin type or reason for hair growth.
- I book 30 or 40 minutes for all first appointments. This is ideal for the vast majority of facial hair cases (chin, upper lip, sides). I do multi-hour appointments as well . I also treat unibrows, beard lines, ears, hairlines, underarms, bikini,arms, legs and anything else you can think of.
- The time it takes for me to prepare my work station, wash my hands, prepare and clean your skin before and after is part of the treatment time. If you take 4 minutes to take off your jacket, shoes, etc. that cuts into your time. Please come in prepared to start immediately. I waste no time.
- Please do not book with me unless you are certain you can respect my cancellation and lateness policy. I require 48 hour notice of cancellations (2 business days) or I charge full fee for the missed appointment. There are no exceptions for any reason. Even if you pay 1 or 2 cancellations fees over the course of your treatment or lose 10 min of appointment time due to lateness I have still saved you time and money because of the quality of my work. Results after one appointment is the norm.
